Our Virtual Reality

Experience the solo exhibition JOY BANGLA↗ by Vaskor Rasha↗ through ARTCON's immersive 3D virtual tour. Presented at the Sculpture Gallery, National Art Gallery, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, from 14–20 June 2022, this solo exhibition by sculptor Rasha brought together paintings and sculptures that reflect significant moments in the history of Bangladesh alongside contemporary global events. The exhibition was inaugurated virtually by artist and freedom fighter Shahabuddin Ahmed from Paris, marking an important presentation of Rasha's socially engaged artistic practice.

Explore the exhibition through an interactive 360° walkthrough and discover 29 paintings and seven sculptures that examine themes of freedom, war, human resilience, social justice, and collective memory. The exhibition features works inspired by the Language Movement, the Liberation War of Bangladesh, the Seven Bir Shreshthas, the suffering of Hiroshima, the humanitarian tragedy surrounding Alan Kurdi, the Black Lives Matter movement through George Floyd, the plight of Palestinian children, environmental conservation, and the imagined consequences of future global conflicts. Through expressive figurative forms, symbolic sculpture, and powerful visual narratives, Rasha connects Bangladesh's historical identity with universal human experiences.

Produced by ARTCON as a documentary archive, the virtual tour preserves the exhibition's curatorial narrative and spatial experience while extending public access beyond the gallery. Visitors, researchers, students, collectors, and art enthusiasts can explore Joy Bangla from anywhere in the world on desktop, mobile, and VR headsets, ensuring lasting access to a powerful exhibition that reflects both national history and contemporary global consciousness.
