This poster features Joie (Winner), an oil-on-canvas work by Shahabuddin Ahmed, created in 2018 and exhibited as part of his SHANTI (Peace) exhibition at the National Art Gallery of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. With its dynamic movement and expressive figure, the work reflects Shahabuddin’s distinctive visual language, shaped by his experience of the Liberation War and his continuing exploration of freedom, human resilience and hope.
