Our Collection

The Gentle Grass Collection comprises the complete body of works presented in Anisuzzaman Faroque’s first solo exhibition, Gentle Grass. Bringing together 24 sculpture-based works and nine charcoal drawings, the collection reflects the artist’s exploration of nature, rhythm, and abstraction through a distinctive visual language.

Inspired by everyday life and the quiet forces of the natural world—including wind, water, and the moon—Faroque’s practice transforms observations into poetic sculptural forms and expressive drawings. His metal-sheet sculptures, paired with charcoal works, create a dialogue between organic movement and contemporary sculptural expression, balancing material precision with lyrical sensitivity.
